Lent

Season of Lent, Season of Faith

Lent is the time between Ash Wednesday and Easter where we as Christians prepare ourselves for Holy Week and Easter.  Many people focus on prayer, repentance, self denial, and alms-giving.  If this seems like a lot to take on by yourself, join your church family during this season as we prepare together to celebrate the Resurrection of our Christ.  Below are several worship services, prayer times, and learning opportunities for you and your family to participate in.

Ash Wednesday February 22nd 7:00-8:00 pm:

Come for a reflective worship service lead by our college students.  Childcare will be available.

Thursday Night Young Family Lenten Study 6:30-7:30 pm:

The study, "Four Gospels:  One Jesus",  will be lead by Pastor Cheryl with help from Angie Ritchey specifically for families with younger children.  Childcare will be provided.  We will begin promptly at 6:30 and end promptly at 7:30 so young children can get home and to bed.  We will be exploring the season of Lent and what it means to us in our walk with Christ.  Every Thursday night in March.  Questions?  Contact Angie:
